Terms of Sale

These terms govern purchases of subscriptions to QueryWell (the "Software"). Use of the Software is also governed by the EULA and Privacy Policy.

1. Merchant of record

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record and authorised reseller for these sales. Lemon Squeezy is the seller of record shown on your invoice and is responsible for charging and remitting applicable sales tax/VAT. Your purchase is also subject to Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms. Elaman Group Ltd is the licensor of the Software.

2. Plans and pricing

The Software is offered on a subscription basis:

• Solo — a single named-user seat, billed monthly or annually.
• Team — per-seat, billed annually, with volume discounts at higher seat counts.

Current plans, prices, billing periods, and any trial are shown at checkout and on https://querywell.app. Prices may be exclusive of taxes, which are added at checkout. We may change prices prospectively; changes do not affect the current paid term.

3. Free trial

If a free trial is offered, it lasts for the stated period. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription converts to a paid term and the payment method on file is charged. You may cancel at any time during the trial.

4. Billing and renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period using your payment method on file, at the then-current price, unless cancelled before renewal. You authorise recurring charges until you cancel.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. After cancellation you retain access until the end of the paid term; the Software's licence then deactivates. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods except as stated below or as required by law.

6. Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on first-time purchases. Request a refund by emailing [email protected]. Refunds are handled in accordance with this policy and Lemon Squeezy's refund process. Statutory consumer rights to a refund or cancellation, where they apply, are not affected.

7. Licence delivery

After a successful purchase you receive a licence key by email. Activate it in the Software to begin use. Seats are governed by the EULA.

8. Support

Support is provided by email at [email protected] during the subscription term. We aim to acknowledge support requests within two business days.

9. Acceptable use and suspension

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of the EULA, non-payment, or unlawful use.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The Software is provided under the warranty disclaimers and liability limits in the EULA, which are incorporated here by reference.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any non-waivable consumer protections where you reside.
