QueryWell is one signed desktop application with one update stream. Studio gives practitioners direct control of Oracle Fusion reporting; Studio + AI adds the licence-gated AI Workbench. Both are paid once and owned outright.
Single-seat prices exclude applicable taxes and can be paid securely online. A seat is for one named operator, on up to two devices. Every licence includes 12 months of updates; support and further updates after that are a fixed 20% a year, entirely optional. Team bundles start at five seats; enterprise, site, branding and scoped onboarding purchases are quoted.

Team and enterprise purchases remain quote-led. Estate-wide licensing, agreed support response times, onboarding, branding and deployment guidance are scoped directly. Studio or Studio + AI capability can be licensed across the estate.
AI provider costs are separate
QueryWell does not bundle model tokens or mark up usage. Studio + AI connects directly to the Anthropic, OpenAI, OpenRouter or compatible Ollama endpoint you configure. You pay that provider under your own account and terms.
One installer, licence-key upgrade
The AI Workbench ships dormant inside QueryWell and is only loaded when the licence includes the AI entitlement. Upgrading from Studio to Studio + AI is the £600 difference, at any time, with your Studio purchase credited in full — a new key, not another installation. Nobody is penalised for starting on Studio.
Named operator seats, two devices each
A seat is one named operator, identified by an assigned email, on up to two devices; a five-seat team is five named operator seats, not one shared key. The perpetual licence never expires — a device activation lease renews over the internet and then works offline for a 30-day offline period, so first activation and periodic renewal need a connection while day-to-day use does not. Today's builds don't require it yet: current QueryWell releases verify your key locally and run without contacting an activation service; the release notes will say so, with notice, before a build that needs device activation is offered as an update.
12 months of updates included
Every perpetual licence includes all releases published within 12 months of purchase. After that, the version you hold keeps working for as long as you like; new releases continue under the optional support plan. Nothing switches off when the year ends.
Optional annual support plan — a fixed 20%
£240 a year per Studio seat, £360 per Studio + AI seat: priority support, every new release and onboarding help. Take it from day one or add it later; cancel at any year end. The perpetual licence is unaffected either way.
14-day evaluation and purchase protection
The free evaluation unlocks Studio + AI. The built-in AI demo needs no provider key; live AI runs use your provider account. First purchases also carry a 14-day money-back guarantee.
What three years actually costs
